Welcome to Corporate Giftology. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability. Payment terms vary depending on the order size and type. Full payment is required for small orders, while bulk and custom orders may require an upfront deposit, with the balance payable upon completion.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and approved corporate invoicing options.
Order Processing & Changes
Orders are processed promptly, but modifications to order details (quantities, customization details) must be requested within 24 hours of order confirmation. Additional charges may apply for changes requested after this period.
Cancellation & Refunds
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation. Refunds for cancellations will be issued, excluding any applicable processing fees. Customized orders are non-refundable unless due to product defects or errors on our part.
Shipping & Delivery
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery. While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances may lead to delays. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees on international shipments are the client’s responsibility.
Clients will receive tracking details once the order is shipped. Corporate Giftology is not liable for delays caused by customs processing or local courier disruptions.
Product Customization
We offer customization to meet your branding requirements. Clients are responsible for verifying all customization details, including logos, colors, and text. We provide proofs for approval, and once approved, we proceed with production.
Minor color or material variations may occur in final products due to manufacturing limitations; such variations do not constitute defects.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns are accepted for defective or incorrect items only, within 7 days of receipt. Clients must inspect goods upon delivery and notify us immediately of any issues
For custom products, only replacements are provided if a product defect or production error is identified. Non-custom items can be exchanged or refunded in certain cases, subject to inspection and approval.
Intellectual Property
All designs, content, and branding materials created by Corporate Giftology are the intellectual property of Corporate Giftology and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
Data Privacy & Security
We are committed to protecting your personal data. All client information is confidential and will be used solely for order processing, customer service, and promotional offers, with consent.
Our website and payment gateways employ security measures to protect your data. However, Corporate Giftology is not liable for any unauthorized access or data breach occurring due to circumstances beyond our control.
Use of Products
Clients agree to use our products responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Corporate Giftology is not liable for misuse or unlawful use of products purchased from us.
Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Corporate Giftology harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the misuse of our products, breach of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes arising from these terms or our services, clients agree to attempt informal resolution before seeking legal recourse. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Corporate Giftology operates.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our operating jurisdiction.
